Three major modules shipped this month, plus platform-wide improvements to residents, properties, and documents.

- Violations & Enforcement — track rule violations, issue notices with photos, enforce escalating fines with due date tracking, and maintain a 718/720-compliant audit trail with dues ledger integration
- Resident Types & Board Roles — classify residents as owners, tenants, or absentee owners and track board member roles with terms
- Resident Directory History — full chronological log of assignments, unassignments, and type changes per property for compliance recordkeeping

- Dark Mode — switch between light, dark, or system theme; syncs across devices via server-side preferences

Community Events & landing page sections
A full events system is now live, plus composable landing page sections for the resident portal.
- Community Events — create events with dates, times, locations, descriptions, and photos; residents see a calendar and can RSVP with guest counts
- Website Events Page — embed the community calendar and event list on any website page for residents and guests
- Landing Page Sections — drag-and-drop sections for announcements, events, selected documents, and classifieds on the resident landing page
Management company dashboard block & notifications overhaul
See your management company's contact info right on the dashboard, plus a complete rebuild of notifications and announcements.
- Management Company Dashboard Block — shows your management company's name, phone, email, and website with direct portal links for delegated categories
- Notifications overhaul — mass alerts now appear in your notification list, unread counts are accurate, and announcements show the right labels
- Mark as unread — toggle any notification back to unread to revisit it later
Beta launch
RealtyDash opens to founding members. Core modules (documents, dues, and communications) are live for the first boards onboarding.
Document explorer & 718/720 folder structure
The document module now ships with a pre-built folder structure that mirrors the categories required under Florida statutes 718 and 720, with retention periods displayed per folder.

Resident portal & invitation system

ACH dues payments & AutoPay

Property photo uploads
Upload a primary photo per property that appears in the admin dashboard and resident-facing portal. Frontend is complete — backend endpoints in progress.
Board meeting recordings
Upload board meeting recordings directly or import from Zoom. Stored in your Florida-compliant document archive with searchable transcripts as an optional add-on.
Vendor portal
Give contractors their own view to receive work orders, update job status, and upload completion photos — without needing a full board account.
Multi-association dashboard (management companies)
A single dashboard view across all associations a management company manages — aggregate metrics, cross-association reporting, and unified resident and property directories.
