The document module now ships with a pre-built folder structure that mirrors the categories required under Florida statutes 718 and 720, with retention periods displayed per folder.

Resident portal & invitation system

ACH dues payments & AutoPay
Residents can now pay HOA dues directly via bank transfer from within their portal. AutoPay lets residents set-and-forget monthly payments using Stripe Connect — no third-party app required.
